Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Domestic Shipping (Canada)

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
• Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days.

United States Shipping

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
• Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days.

International Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

Please note that orders shipped to the United States (or outside of Canada) may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees charged by the destination country.

These fees are not included in your order total or shipping cost at checkout and are the sole responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

How to Check the Status of an Order

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
